Mantente hidratado y toma un tentempi\u00e9 inteligente<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00bfSab\u00edas que una deshidrataci\u00f3n, por leve que sea, puede bajar el estado de \u00e1nimo y disminuir la concentraci\u00f3n? Ten a mano agua u otras bebidas bajas en az\u00facar para beber a sorbos a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A la hora de picar, elige alimentos que te proporcionen una liberaci\u00f3n lenta de energ\u00eda. Combinar una prote\u00edna con un hidrato de carbono complejo es una opci\u00f3n inteligente. No tiene por qu\u00e9 ser extenuante. Un paseo de 10 minutos y unos estiramientos en la mesa pueden hacer maravillas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rutina vespertina<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Cena<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Organiza tu lista de la compra para tener siempre a mano los ingredientes adecuados. S\u00e9 realista: elige algo que no requiera mucho tiempo o esfuerzo para prepararlo, de lo contrario puedes recurrir a la comida para llevar.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Las verduras verdes son siempre una gran elecci\u00f3n, ya que est\u00e1n repletas de antioxidantes y tienen un efecto alcalinizante. Elige prote\u00ednas vegetales como el tofu o el seit\u00e1n o, si prefieres prote\u00ednas animales, elige pescado y cordero en lugar de ternera o pollo para minimizar los niveles de acidez en el organismo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. T\u00f3mate tiempo para relajarte<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Es normal sentirse estresado de vez en cuando, pero los niveles elevados de estr\u00e9s nos hacen vulnerables a una serie de afecciones y problemas de salud, como la depresi\u00f3n y la hipertensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Encuentra una actividad saludable que te relaje y reserva un tiempo cada d\u00eda para hacerla.
