Methyl-SP supports liver methylation and transsulfuration of homocysteine with a combination of targeted nutrients and cofactors such as calcium folinate, vitamins B12, B6 and B2, as well as trimethylglycine at 550 and MSM at 50 mg per serving. This formula includes the antioxidant vitamins C and E, as well as high-potency riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, and vitamin B12. Also available in 2500 mcg of Folate per serving as Super Methyl-SP™ (K112).
