What’s the difference between one device and two?
The devices are identical. “1 Knee Massager” includes one unit, while “2 Knee Massagers” includes two units. Choose two if you want one for each knee or to have a second device available.
Can I adjust the heat and vibration?
Yes. The massager has three heat settings and three vibration settings. Start on a gentle setting and follow the instructions included with your device.
Does it work while walking?
It is designed for use while seated with your leg supported. It is not a walking aid, knee brace, or support for exercise.
Is the device rechargeable?
Yes. It has a rechargeable 3000mAh battery. Charging takes approximately 2–3 hours, and total battery runtime is approximately 2–3 hours depending on the settings. Battery runtime is not a recommended continuous session length.
How do I know if it will fit?
The straps are adjustable, but we recommend checking your measurements before ordering. If you need help with fit, contact our team before checkout.
How long should I use it in one session?
If you are new to the device or have sensitive knees, start with 10 minutes. Do not exceed 30 minutes in one session, as longer use may cause skin irritation or overheating. Use it 1–2 times a day, leaving a gap between sessions. Stop if the heat, vibration, or fit feels uncomfortable.
