This stuff potent! I would recommend taking opening up a pill and start with half of one. I took one full pill with dinner and the next morning I felt nauseous and low energy. I went to the use the bathroom FIVE TIMES!!! From morning until 1pm. From what I’ve read the side effects are most likely die off. Anyways I was a bit scared to take a pill the next day so I toke one pill every third day for a week and then every second day for a week and now I’m doing everyday without any side effects. Just be cautious when starting out with this supplement.
