Great product, but there are side effects

This supplement is high quality, recommended by my doctor (which is where I learned about it). It does help control my blood sugar issues and there are many articles suggesting that berberine (which is in this product) is good for aging. However, after taking it for a while, I have noticed I have lower energy and then found out that berberine can interfere with iron absorption. My iron levels are down. I would give this more stars, but this side effect concerns me.
