It also includes 600 mg per capsule of bovine liver extract and 200 mg of high-potency vitamin C to further support iron absorption. For best results, avoid consuming HemeVite™ and calcium (dairy) at the same time. Also available, HemeVite Plus™ (K116) with 25 mg of iron per capsule.
