About the item
✅【Continuous Monitoring】 Wellue O2Ring can continuously monitor your blood oxygen saturation and heart rate, generate trend reports on APP or PC software, and intuitive reports show your health condition in detail. You can share your reports in PDF/CSV form.
✅【Smart Notification】Wellue O2Ring will notify you by vibrating your finger or beep on your phone (when connecting); if it detects abnormal oxygen saturation or heart rate, then you can take a break to recover. You can adjust the threshold on the APP.
✅【Wearability & Portability】The patented ring sensor made of soft silicone completely frees your finger while ensuring accurate measurements; it never slips off your finger. You can check your health status anytime, anywhere. It is the lightest and the smallest oxygen monitor.
✅【Intelligent Data Management】Built-in memory can enable it to work independently without a phone. The data will be synced with your APP automatically when connected with your phone, and you can also sync the data with your PC using the cable provided. Unlimited storage at no additional charge.
✅【Note】Accurate reading will be displayed within 10 seconds after you stop exercising and calm down. It will show “–” if your finger moves too much.
✅NOTE: It’s not a medical device. This device is for sports and aviation use only and not intended for medical use.

This ring generates accurate O2 and heart rate date (based on comparisons with two home sleep studies I’ve done). I love the daily reports the app generates, which include a good nightly overview and some very granular data on O2 and heart rate changes through the night. I do wish the software could also create weekly or monthly charts similar to the daily ones. The app also gives a “P1” (Perfusion Index) reading while the ring is in use. If I understand correctly, this measure tells you whether the ring is in a good position on your finger to obtain accurate readings. It would be even better if the P1 numbers were also included in the overnight summaries. The alarm feature is great – you can choose where to set it and the level of sound or vibration you want. The ring is tight but fairly unobtrusive. If you’re the sort of person who tosses and turns while sleep, it may get snagged on blankets, etc.

Just slip it on your finger, and sync the results to your phone with bluetooth. No wrist band to attach. Not on the tip of your index finger. Easy. Seems accurate too.

I spoke to a sleep doctor about my erratic results. I was concerned about the efficacy of my C PAP.
After he explained, I found the most comfortable spot on my thumb and securely taped it to prevent it from moving and breaking contact during the night.
Showed improved scores. The ring band cannot be expected to be perfect for every sized finger or stay fixed while getting bumped around in the night.
