How to use your checklist
Choose your trip
Enter departure, nights away and the number of complete setups. Select the situations that apply. The list adds relevant preparation tasks; basic equipment counts follow your setup count.
Review every item
Add up to 20 personal items, tick completed tasks and use Not needed for anything that does not apply. Excluded items stay in your download for reference, but are omitted from the printed list and completion total.
Pack for the equipment you actually use
Check your device, mask, tubing and approved power components before departure. Plan replacement supplies using your own schedule and stock. Trip length does not create a medical replacement recommendation.
Confirm travel requirements directly
For flights, ask the airline about carrying your exact device and, separately, using it onboard. Check security, battery and liquid requirements for your itinerary. International trips also require checking electrical supply and local requirements. A completed list is not permission to fly or use a device.
Questions about CPAP travel planning
Do I need a particular CPAP brand?
No. This checklist uses your own equipment and trip choices. It does not select a machine, sell a travel package or require a product purchase.
Does the return date book or schedule anything?
No. It is departure plus the number of nights, calculated as calendar days. Check it against your real itinerary. This tool does not handle flights, time zones, reservations or calendar reminders.
Will the list tell me how much water or how many filters to bring?
No. Follow your exact equipment instructions and your own supply plan. The checklist helps you remember to arrange supplies and suitable water. It does not assume a daily water quantity or replacement interval.
Does ticking every item mean my battery can fly?
No. Battery transport and onboard use depend on the battery, device, carrier and applicable rules. Check current official guidance and obtain any required carrier approval directly. Under U.S. FAA guidance, spare lithium batteries must be kept in cabin baggage; airlines and international rules may be more restrictive.
How does saving work?
Save on this device stores the current trip choices, custom items and ticked or excluded states in this browser. Later edits are not saved automatically. Load saved list restores that copy. Reset clears only the open list; Delete saved list removes the stored copy. Browser cleanup or a private browsing session may erase it. Inputs are not sent to site analytics by this tool.
Can I use the checklist offline?
Keep a CSV or printed copy before travel. This page is not an installed offline app, and a saved browser copy does not guarantee that the page will load without an internet connection.
