Record daily CPAP use

Enter the total time you used CPAP for one date. Add sessions together before entering a total.

Use one consistent date convention for sessions that cross midnight.

A recorded 0 hours means no use was entered for that date. Missing dates remain unrecorded. Each date has one total; adding it again replaces that date’s previous total.

Your personal nightly goal (optional)

No medical or insurance threshold is preset. Your goal organizes your records; it is not a recommended time to stop using CPAP.

Keep a copy

Records stay in this tab until you save or download them. Save on this device stores a snapshot and loads it on your next visit. Later changes are not saved automatically. Use a device you trust.

Delete saved copy removes only the browser snapshot. Your current records remain in this tab. Browser cleanup or private mode may erase stored data.

Missing dates are not treated as zero use. Averages include dates explicitly recorded as zero and round to the nearest minute.

No personal goal is applied.

Recent days in this view

Chart shows up to the last 7 calendar days in the selected period. Summary totals cover the whole selected period.

Add your first record. Nothing is saved automatically.

    Your records

All recorded dates, newest first. The overview above uses only its selected period.

    0 dates in this log

No records yet. Start by entering a date and duration.

Read locally, never uploaded. New dates are added; existing dates keep their current values. This does not read CPAP machines, SD cards or device reports.
    Clear current log

This clears the open log and personal goal only. A saved browser copy remains until you delete it.

    What the overview measures

    Totals and averages

The total adds the minutes you recorded within the selected dates. The average divides that total by the number of dates with a record, including an explicitly entered zero. Missing dates stay unknown and are not counted as zero.

    Personal goal progress

If you apply your own goal, progress counts recorded dates at or above that goal. Its percentage uses recorded dates as the denominator. The separate coverage figure shows how much of the selected period has any record.

Last 7 days and last 30 days are rolling periods through your browser’s local today. Month to date starts on the first of this month. Custom ranges include both endpoints and can cover up to 366 days. The recent-days chart shows no more than the final seven dates of that range; its bars use a fixed 24-hour scale.

    A worked example

Over seven dates, suppose you record 6 hours, 0 hours and 7 hours 30 minutes, leaving four dates blank. Total recorded use is 13 hours 30 minutes; average per recorded date is 4 hours 30 minutes. Coverage is 3 of 7 dates. With a personal 6-hour goal, 2 of the 3 recorded dates meet it. This example explains the arithmetic, not a treatment target.

    Questions about your CPAP log

Does this connect to my CPAP machine?

No. Enter totals yourself, using your device’s own records if available. This tool does not read SD cards, device accounts, AHI, mask leak or therapy settings. A manual log is not a verified device report or proof of insurance eligibility.

What date should I use for a session across midnight?

Choose a consistent convention, such as the date the night starts or the date your device report uses. Add all sessions assigned to that date yourself. This tracker stores whole minutes rather than calculating elapsed time from clocks or time zones.

Can I enter zero or correct a past record?

Yes. Zero is a deliberate record and differs from a blank date. Entering an existing date replaces its total. Edit brings a record back into the form; Delete removes it from the open log, with an option to undo the most recent deletion. Your saved snapshot changes only when you save again.

Is meeting my goal a medical compliance score?

No. It only compares your entered duration with your chosen number. It does not assess whether treatment is effective or sufficient, and it does not implement an insurer’s requirements. Follow your prescribed plan and discuss concerns with your care team rather than using a tracker target as a stopping time.

How do local saving and backups work?

Save on this device stores records and the applied goal in this browser. That snapshot loads automatically on your next visit; later edits are not saved automatically. Load saved copy restores it. Delete saved copy removes that snapshot and leaves the current tab’s records in place. Clear current log removes only the open records and goal. Keep a JSON backup because private browsing, browser cleanup or device loss can erase local data.

What happens when I import a backup?

A valid tracker JSON backup adds dates you do not already have. For matching dates, your current values win. An empty log with no goal also adopts the backup’s goal. Imports are read locally, not uploaded. Up to 5,000 unique dates can be stored; invalid, duplicate or oversized backup data is rejected as a whole.

Does CSV or printing cover my whole log?

Yes. CSV contains all recorded dates in chronological order, integer recorded minutes and your currently applied goal. JSON keeps restorable records and goal. Printing includes all recorded dates, even if the screen table is paginated; the overview still describes its selected range. The page itself is not guaranteed to work offline, so keep a backup or printed copy before you need it.
